The Lobby was ugly with literly no ambiance whatsoever. They were in the process of trying to upgrade the elevator area. The lobby was very narrow and very plain. The room wa small but clean. The tolietries when we arrive were unstocked (we didn't recieve all of them. and we had to call to have the robes delivered) they just had the note if you wish to purchase them, ask.note on the door. I wouldn't stay there again. We had 2 drinks in the bar and in cost close to 30 US dollars for example.

Have stopped in better 3 star hotels. Very pretentious. Subservient staff does not make up for quality. Tried to charge me for champagne we didn't have. Was persueded to upgrade but at an extra £20 - room still quite small.

+1.location 2.night front desk/manager on their guest-relation skill. -staff's attention to details, especially from a 5* establishment. ie. 1.when room charged for 3 pax, 'correct' room, beddings & toiletries should be provided and set up by night fall. 2.inform guest newspaper will be charged. 3.give proper direction with map, not every guest is a frequent visitor of the city. 4.any bill's adjustment made that's indicated clearly on file should not be the guest's responsibility to remind staff.

Minibar not matching the rest of the Hotel Since I was busy in meetings, shopping and Social life, I was depending on a quick snack from the Minibar between. The Minibar was not filled up once during my 3 days, but strangely enough things disappeared out of it insted, not by my hand. Also found a opened bottle of rotten water in there. Beside that and long hairs in the bathroom, everything else was fine. Great Concierge Service and Doormen.
