Nice rooms, one quite big, another a little bit smaller. Clean carpet and large bathroom. Very quiet area, a little bit far from the city center.

We staid for 3 night´s in london, the room´s are not very clean and the shower was very dirty. yes, it was the first time in the hotel.

This stay was the worst we ever had... Check-in was more than 30minutes later than it was told. The service was unfriendly. The room we thought would be a joke! It was so small that we were not able to stand side to side together. The bed was a double, but it was so small... The bathroom was dirty and there were several little animals on the floor. The "continental" breakfast consists of toast with jam or cornflakes. The storage of luggage after checking out costs 5 Pound... We will never visit this hotel again! And if you have the choice: choose anoter!!!

IN february 3 guys from Denmark, went to London and stayed on West Cromwell Hotel for 3 days. We especially enyojed the animal-theme in our room, which was really good compared to the price we payed. The breakfast was good too, but we found the staff a bit sour, - but maybe this was causedby the rice we put in the toilet:) You can enter the hotel the whole night which we found very good.

if you want to pay by credit card your bill will be charged of 3%,that's no good. If You ask to concierge to deposit your luggage also for few hours after check out you must pay 3£ for each one also if it is an umbrella.you can't sleep with open window for the trafic noise all the night and day

Eaven it is not the Grand Hotel, my stay at West Cromwell Hotel has been nice. The prices are competitive. The room was not wide but there were everything someone need during his stay out from home. A special thank to the staff.

It was our first time at West Cromwell. If you prefer to stay cheap and plain, stay there. Big Tesco (supermarket) close by.
