This is maybe the problem with hotels in London. For the price (85 £) you probably cannot dream of a palace. But there are limits ! The room was incredibly small and dark with old furniture and exhausted carpet. The bathroom plumbery is probably 20 eyars

It was a satisfactory hotel but a bit disappointing. But I was very happy with the venere.com website and will use it again.

Absolutely Apalling How can staff like this ever gain employment! Rude, Unhelpful, Arrogant. They wouldn't know an acceptable level of customer service if it came up and smacked them straight in the face. Please, like many of my fellow Reviewers, please give this Hotel a wide berth and never ever go near it. It definately gives Customer Service in London a bad name!

A colleague stayed in an hotel not far away for less expense with better facilities. With better attention to detail Waverley House could make a better impression.

the room was smaller than it looked on the info but was clean, comfortable and met my needs. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Thoroughly adequate Comfortable and clean basic accomodation. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel brasserie too busy but many restaurants close by. Well situated for busses and underground. Would stay again
