- For 60 pounds, this room was the size of a small walk in closet, not exactly the deal i thought it was. there were towels to use, but no washcloths. i was a little disappointed. the front desk attendant was almost indifferent to us. it seemed she would rather have continued watching her tv program.

+ Real bargain 5 minute away from st pancreas. photos of the location have to be updated : lovely area, very calm.

+ Very handy location, and friendly reception staff. - It wouldn't hurt to include tea-making facilities!

+ The lady at the reception was very kind. excellent location. - The single beds are rather narrow.

The hotel is very close to the Kings Cross/St Pancras Station, which worked out well for us to leave on the Eurostar. The room was small but clean.

The room was quite as we expected, given the price. Quite small though.

+ Location - Bathroom almost too small for me to wash/shower in.

It was not super clean but it was OK. The rooms are extremely small. If you are a couple get a twin room. Don't get a double. The beds and rooms are very small. The bathroom is super small. Overall though the price that we paid was the best we could find for a low budget. London is extremly expensive and this worked. The staff was not the friendliest but they were helpful if you pushed them and were nice to them. The area is not the best but the metro is 1 block away and Pancras train station is 1 block away also. Eurostar will begin to have service to Pancras so this will probably be convinient. I would look for other hotels before I went back to this one. If there were no other option I would stay again.
