Best location, beautiful Hotel. When we arrived, smiling employees helped us with every of our needs. The room was spacious and clean, we got a HUGE bed that was comfortable. The Hotel was newly remodeled with the latest modern equipments. Great view and location. Only a few minutes walk from your favorite spots. I would go back any time. Affordable rates.

Will book this hotel again Great location - 2 blocks from Victoria Station. Room is somewhat small, but perfect for travellers who sightsee primarily. Service is great and I highly, highly recommend the breakfast option. The buffet is really fantatstic. Only downside is that dining in the area isn't great. I'd recommend eating in a different area.

Great location Great hotel Room very clean. Staff very friendly. Beds comfortable and lots of space. Two minute walk from Victoria station. Could not list one fault with this hotel. Noise level low as windows seemed to block this out well.

GREAT place to stay! There's a coffee chain in London (kinda like Starbucks, except better) called Cafe Nero. Their Hot Chocolate Milano is to DIE for. Kids will love the choclatey rich taste of it. My kids couldn't get enough of it.

Great value! We really enjoyed this hotel after our last unfortunate experience with a really junky hotel in London. We felt it to be a good value for a very professional hotel and quite convenient being right next to the station.

A very good stay Location was ok. Close to most of the interesting things to do. Underground station just around the corner. A very nice hotel that had its 7th birthday last saturday. Friendly staff and great rooms:)

Generally a good hotel This hotel was clean, close to Victoria Station and had a number of places to eat nearby. Although, when we asked to have a taxi called for early in the morning to travel to the Euro Star train station they said they only called taxis to go to the airport. What’s the difference??? They did hail a cab for us, and it worked out, but we were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to get a cab at 5:30 a.m.. Traveler's tip on dining Try Shakespeare’s across from the Victoria train station, on the corner. The pot pie was great!
