This is a welcoming and comfortable hotel just 10 minutes walk from Victoria and with restaurants nearby in local side streets. A good breakfast is offered in the dining room. For those who might find stairs a problem, a room is available on the ground

This a great hotel in a great area. Very safe too. Smack dab in the middle of one of the best areas in Central London. Only ONE BIG flaw, and this applies to many hotels I have visited. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and there are NO reading lamps. Almost all travellers want to read in bed, so why are there no reading lamps. This is so important and truly a complete mystery as to why hotel proprietors do not take action. It is not expensive at all to install good reading lamps. Apart from that this hotel is great value for money, even the breakfast was fine for the price.

No more or less than expected from a hotel with such a reasonable rate in such an excellent location: clean decent facilities in the rooms (kettle, en suite, hairdryer, wi-fi, television) but with a phenominally uncomfortable bed! It wasn't luxury but it was good enough.
