    + We did not stay very long since we got in late at night and left after breakfast, but the breakfast staff and reception staff were very courteous and welcoming.

    + Net en groot hotel vlakbij metrostation Ravenscourt Park. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en nette kamers. Verschillende mogelijkheden voor ontbijt, goed verzorgd. Er is ook een restaurant met een uitgebreide kaart. Rustige buurt. - De ligging is in Ha

    - The staff didn't really know what they were doing. Slow service in the bar.

    + The rooms had good facilities and where clean. - Many of the staff spoke with broken english so it was a struggle to communicate at times. It took a good 20 minutes for me to check in as they could not find my booking.
