Better than average facilities for its price range. Pleasant staff. Well furnished room - and not as small as many other hotel rooms in London. Would stay here again.

The Troy Hotel is very nicely decorated and a pleasant place to stay. My room was well appointed with good quality bed linens, duvet, curtains - all looked new. What stands out the most is how clean the Hotel is. I would compare it to a Swiss Hotel. Spotl

Towels were changed every day, bathroom was excellent, space in the bedroom was above my experience of 3-star London Standard. Very convenient access to shops, bus, two underground stations, restaurants, Hyde Park. No rooms for staying downstairs No fridge available, room on 5th floor looking East needs aircondition - De luxe room is not a proper qualification.

The Troy Hotel is in a fantastic location; extremely convenient for central London, just moments from the Tube Stations, and all its attractions yet is in an extremely quiet area, with Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens at the top of the road. The hotel was smart in appearance, clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the Troy and would thoroughly recommend it!!

+Nice quiet hotel. We were very pleased that we were able to check in when we arrived at app. 10 a.m. and didn't have to wait until 2 p.m. Very happy about that.
