Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Mold in the bathroom. TV screen scratched. NO WATER in the morning. Poor response from front desk...they adamantly refused to provide a name and address to which we could send our complaints.

We had to stay at this room when British Airways went on strike. They get by on their location but the staff is not helpful and bordered on clueless. Seemed to not be working as a cohesive group at all.

this hotel is a chain hotel, so you may lose some "local charm", but there are no suprises, what you see is what you are going to get. on comparison with hotels in the states i would say it is comparable to the hampton inn. the staff were friendly, but the support staff such as maids didn't speak english well, but the staff that had to deal primarily with customers were all fluent and very helpful.

I was pleased with this stay. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fulfilling. Although the room (double) was small, it met our every need. I thought the staff could be better at recommending places to eat and other attractions, but overall I was ple

I stayed here not long ago for a week - I had the smallest room you can imagine - couldnt even open the closet door - it hit the bed. Very tired old hotel - the halls are bizarre - they are ramped up and down. Heat didnt work. I was staying by myself so the room size didnt matter much. I did have a nice view - with a little balcony - it was nice. The windows leak tons of cold air - thank goodness the weather was somewhat mild.

I have only one comment, and that is that it was difficult to find information whether the price stated was including VAT or not.

The first room we were given was very small and unclean. The bathroom door would not close and the toilet handle was broken. The window in the bathroom was held in place with tape and the paint was falling from the walls. 24 hours after compaining we were moved to an 'executive' room which was bigger but not much better. We will not go back.

It is a dirty hotel. When we was at the reception for check in there was an American man that was nervous and contesting..." This is a shit Hotel"!. Room very small and old. A tipical old room!!! WC was a real WC! Cleaning: No comment!

Stayed here for seven days in'05. Probably the worst hotel we ever were in. Shabby room, old, dirty, dingy, bath room. Furniture with springs coming out of the fabric - no joke. We had the "internet rate" which was great - but could not up grade. Had to use wadded up newspapers to stick in the gaps of the windows to keep from rattling. Go at your own risk!!!
