That I should have asked for a quiet room.

The room was old, to the point of tatty. The bathroom and general fixtures were aging. A real trip back in time. I was suprised that the premium paid for the Thistle, over Travel Inn for example, does not translate into better accomodation. The car park is underground and I was not warned about the minimal height clearance and scraped my car on overhead pipework. Fortunately no damage was done as the pipe was foam insulated.

Not impressed Close to Euston Station and within walking distance of many London attractions. Perhaps that is why the hotel management is complacent about room standards etc. I am a patriot, I wonder how foreigners visiting would rate this standard of hotel.

Its a generic business hotel in a good location especially if you are arriving into Euston station not really a 3 star hotel as the bathroom was kind of gross but the staff was nice would qualify it as a "fine" hotel.

Loved my stay at Thistle Euston! I loved the location; for travel it’s right next to the Euston Underground station as well as the Euston Square Underground station and it’s in a great spot for those wishing to travel all around London. It’s also within walking distance to Regents Park, Primrose Hill, the West End District and Camden Town! I highly recommend staying at the Thistle Euston!

The room was tiny and the bathroom needed some serious updating. But, it was clean and convenient.

I just took a trip to London and stayed at the Thistle Euston. The location of this hotel was just perfect, minutes away from the Euston tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were kept very clean. I was extremely pleased with my stay here and will certainly stay here again on my next trip to London.

The location of this hotel is excellent, less than 200 yards from Euston station, great for underground and rail connection as well as lots of choice for quick breakfast at the many outlets at the station. However, the rooms are extremely small. If you try to accommodate the child in your room.

An rather unpleasant experience In General terms the hotel is fine, a standard "Thistle" hotel, somewhat faded now but adequate. My dissatisfaction related to the room I was allocated. I booked an "inexpensive" (I use the term advisedly) single room which turned out to be located on the ground floor (perhaps slightly below) with a window overlooking an internal "well" in which the hotel air-conditioning equipment was located. There was no "view" and if the window was opened the noise of the equipment was intrusive. The room was very small and rather shabby and the bathroom was "grubby" with mould between some of the wall tiles. All in all a rather unpleasant experience I do not wish to repeat.

This place was a dump, and the advertised price did not include VAT. Never again
