the bathrooms in the rooms had a step going into them and they did not have any sign up to let you know i am disabled and only have limted walking i triped over the step the frist time i went into the bathroom and hurt my hip we did tell the staff who were very sorry and did move us but they then found out all rooms had the step into the bathroom so maybe sign should be put up to let people know of the step

Location excellent, if like us you are attending a show at Wembley arena.Hotel not the same as some Plazas we have stayed in but clean, warm and comfortable for 1 night's stay.

The hotel is very well managed. The swimming pool and leisure facilities are an excellent bonus to the stay. The continental breakfast is very basic. Need to install double glazing to avoid noise from outside ie. traffic, building work etc.
