Typical English hotel. Fresh breakfast made at arrival in the breakfast room. Free internet access (ask for login details at reception desk) Not accessible for disabled people because of stairs. Rooms are just right in size and a bit dated.

This hotel is an excellent choice if your looking for a basic b&b. Simple but easy breakfast, wi-fi but you do have to pay £2. Easy to find, good location, nice staff!

very good location, privacy, convenience facilities

Very impressed It was very clean, quiet and quaint! We would go back there to stay. It was close to the local tube line.

Location is good. Close to Underground station and Victoria Station. Only down side was there was no lift and we were on the fourth floor. Ask for a lower floor if stairs would be a problem for you.

No lift Within walking distance of Victoria train station. Many restaurants nearby. I was impressed by a catalog store that is near the Victoria train station, it carries every item imaginable. Its a walk-in catalog store,you browse for the merchandise in a catalog (over 500 pages), pay via an automated terminal, sit and wait a few minutes and your items are delivered via a service desk. If the item is unsuitable, you can return or exchange it immediately.

easy to find and in a very good location very cramped room without any tea or coffee making facilities

We were disgusted to find that the room rates offered by the hotel were £20 a night cheaper than we paid and, consequently feel cheated. The room itself was of a poor quality in a cramped space. Having had such an experience, we will never use your site again, and we will pass this on to all our friends.
