+The room was clean and recently refurbished with all new pieces. The free broadband was a great addition. -The double executive room was tiny. It basically had a double bed, with no room either side to walk around and approx 1m at the end of the bed and the front door. It made it very difficult to get in & out of the room and generally brought down the experience.

-the heat of room was unbearable due to no air con and had to be moved on 1st night to a cooler room, and the lifts were faulty

Tiny, overpriced, uncomfortable hotel No curtains on windows. No A/C. No place to even put down a suitcase. Would be tolerable as a cheap hostel, not as an expensive hotel.

+Location -My room was extremely small, even though I booked into a “double bedroom”, but I guess this is generally the case for most London hotels. The bathroom was simply tiny and I am physically a small type of guy. The space between the toilet and the washbasin was about 25cm wide. But WORST of all was the unbearable temperature of the room. With freezing temperatures outside and a window kept wide open through the night did absolutely nothing to bring down the stifling hot temperature of the room. I was told that this had to do with problems in their air-conditioning system. Until this problem is resolved I think the hotel should have a notice to this effect before potential guests make their bookings.

Hotel is currently being refurbished: rooms are nice and clean, rest of the place is still messy.
