Built in 1973 and renovated in 2002, the 8 floor hotel has a total of 294 rooms of which 20 are singles, 119 are doubles, 4 are suites and a further 4 are apartments. There is a 24-hour reception with a hotel safe, a cloakroom, a lift, a café and a kiosk. Additional facilities include a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children. In addition the hotel has a conference room, Internet access, room and laundry service as well as medical assistance, car parking facilities and a garage which can be used against an additional fee.

+ Location is good despite pricing and other issues referred to elsewhere. Concierge staff and restaurant staff are very pleasant. - queue at reception. lack of ventilation in the room

Superb location for shopping and all city tours and sightseeing. Highly recommended, my daughter and myself felt very safe at this hotel.

The room was very small for American standards but for London standards wasn't too bad.

The location is great and the staff is friendly. If the weather is hot, the portable air conditioner in the room is overworked and its movable tube may fall from the window to the floor. The full breakfast is overpriced and the staff doesn't want you to linger over another cup of coffee.
