Good for the price/location Supermarkets and tube station two minutes walk away. Not much immediate choice for eating out in area. Go for the bigger studio for anything more than a couple of days stay.

Somerset Queen's Gate Garden, at first impression is a grand yet stylish building. Once inside the building you are thrown into another world, it is beautiful and makes you feel special from the first step. From the dining area up to the rooms the place is immaculate and refreshing. The rooms are... what can i say, everything and anything that a top class hotel can give you and more. The kitchen in my room was beautifuly hidden behind sliding doors, with fridge to keep that special bottle of champagne chilled. The music system has everything you want to get ready for either a romantic night out or a big night out on the town with the girls... the bed... maybe i shouldnt go there.. or yes i should, and all i can say about it is dream land, the best nights rest to get up and go it all over again.... I would definately stay here again and cannot wait to book something soon...... if i were you... i would book it now... there is nothing better and you will enjoy london so much more.....

+Nice area and safe. -windows were leaking cold air, no heating, insufficient hot water for bath, insufficient water pressure.

+rate and location -did not like the basement location although the rooms themselves were ok in one of the rooms the shower was difficult to use , only cold water and the kitchen was not supplied with fittings sockets not working

+Ease of use and the room itself which was very very clean and comfortable. I did receive a room upgrade which was unexpected. As a first experience of this hotel chain I will be using again based on this experience.
