not impressed at all I asked for 2 beds in the booking ( twin beds) and when i arrived, they proposed me a double bed and a sofa bed. I dont think it satisfies my expectations because the sofa bed is not comfortable at all.Furthermore, i specified 2 beds in the reservation.

An excellent venue, spacious and comfortable room We spent a very enjoyable New Year's Eve in London and this hotel was well-placed for theatre land, though quite a hike to the river. The room was huge, including a good seating area, concealed kitchen with fridge and microwave, and a spotless bathroom. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, and the whole hotel experience was a refreshing change for London. The hotel had a small seating area with no specific lounge, which wasn't a problem for our family group of 6 (3 rooms) because there was plenty of space in the bedrooms to socialise. The inclusive continental breakfast, taken in the adjacent hotel, was satisfactory but the room was too small for the number of guests and a little hot for comfort.
