The Paddington Hotel

Great location and proximity to Paddington Station. The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the room smelled of smoke and requested a non-smoking room.

ok but more suitable for young people the stair is very high and most room are located in 3rd floor. if you have the heavy luggage, you will exhaust as arriving ur room. but the best thing is you can use internet for free in the lobby. It’s great, especially in uk!

Not impressed THERE ISN'T A LIFT IN THE HOTEL. THE WATER PIPE WAS BROKEN IN THE ROOM.

All of the staff at the hotel from check in, breakfast room and housekeeping provided excellent service. The actual room had an odour that was somewhat unpleasant (maybe cigar or cigarette) and did need some repairs to be done. A hint for future guests,E

A hint for future guests, this hotel has no lift so be prepared to carry the bags up the staircase, and no air conditioning. The hotel is located in a good area one street back from Hyde Park, no problems with walking or public transport and plenty of places to eat very close by.

Not the best The receptionist was unable to give directions in english. Our room was up 7 flights of stairs, no lift, no one offered to assist with our bags. The communal areas smelt of boiled fish. The shower room was grotty. The sink leaked. It was noisy. The reception was in another building across the road. Extremely over priced.
