Bad reception desk services. I stayed only one night, but I "enjoyed" a special needs rooms, means for example, everything in the bath was build for peoples with handicap (which was not my case). The guy from the reception desk knew exactly what he was doing and he was prepared to me to come back and ask for change the room. Of course that for 1 night, it was really irrelevant... But still, I noticed the attitude... Traveler's tip for business travelers This hotel have a good position, really close to Knightsbridge, so is good for a short business trip.

Great hotel with great convenience Close to Knightsbridge but in a quiet setting, the Jumeirah Lowndes was a wonderful place to stay in London. Yes close to shopping and within walking distance of the Victoria and Albert and yes two minutes from beautiful St. James Park. But best of all the staff and amenitities were the best. Solicitous but not obsequious.

Best hotel ever This hotel experience was wonderful, I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. We’ve traveled quite often using expedia’s reviews and this hotel by far is "THE BEST". Great location and service. Traveler's tip on local attractions Locations was excellent in the heart of Knightbridge, within walking distance to all the high end stores (Harrods, Gucci and Fhendi)!!!!
