On arrival the hotel was locked, as reception is actually outside of hotel. when employee arrived didnt know how to use card machine to pay and asked if i could pay cash. i said no and eventually she managed to use machine. then after payment when i was

+ price - the info on the web talked about nearest tube stations (both a good 15+ min walk away). It completely ignored the main line station 100 yards away.

The hotel is handy for bus & tube links. It could do with a lick of paint but otherwise is acceptable for the cost.
