The room and the bath was not enough clean, the dust was everywhere and the drawers in wardrobe were broken. The payment of the full price for the room before to see it and live in is not normal. Situation of the hotel is good 7-10min to metro and bus, quite place

For the money we paid I think the hotel was fine but we got very litte smiles at the reception desk. The staff was helpful alright but so impersonal. The hotel was in a beautiful quiet street close enough to all the culture we needed: museums, organised "Walks in London"!!!, but there weren't so many restaurants in the proximity (?) or we din't find them.

It's a value. The Hanover is a real value. We paid substantially less than any other rate I could find in the area, and the rate did include breakfast. But you have to keep telling yourself over and over, "It's really a good deal." It's small and you don't get more than your money's worth. But you do get your money's worth, and its in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of Victoria Station. If your funds are limited, its worth considering.

This hotel was filthy. We stayed for four nights and the beds where never changed, the carpet was so dirty you would not take your shoes off. We returned with bedbug bites. Stay away from this hotel.

The employees were friendly, smiling and calm. We enjoyed our stay and we will recommend this small hotel to our friends.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen! I would not recommend anyone laying one foot in this hotel, much less actually sleep there. There was a horrible, rank smell as soon as we entered our room....like a mixture of bleach, dirt, and oil. ...

Very noisy during the night, beds not that comfortable. A major renovation required.
