Essentially a room only hotel with no bar or restaurant, but don't let this stop you. Seemingly recently renovated rooms with most facilities required for overnight stays (including digital tv).

Very handy if you are going to Brixton Academy, 2 minute walk from Clapham North Station, near to Sainsburys, bottle shop, various take aways and pub. Rooms have fridges

+ It was close to the Underground station, and in a nice neighbourhood. - It is on a very busy street, and the underground travels directly under the hotel. Very noisy.

This hotel was perfect for me, clean, fresh, modern, the location is perfect for me as I never really leave south London. People who come to London and be tourists might wanna stay central, but for me this is perfect for me. Everything feels very new and

This hotel was ideal for us, only 2 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station. Room was clean, modern and spacious, with comfy beds. All seemed very new...recently redecorated? We only saw one member of staff and that was when we checked, later that day reception was all locked up but we were given keys to the front door at check in so it wasn't a problem. Very casual atmosphere...would definitely, and probably will, use this hotel again.

- would have preferred a room with some light we were in the basement room

+ Bedroom and bathroom were both extremely clean and tidy.

+ Staff were great, very helpfull - Traffic noise was quite loud
