Very well positioned. Public transportations are very at hand. It is too big to be personal and furthermore it is too big altogether, 1080 rooms !

+ lot of the hotel staff try to take care about guests in hotel - hotel breakfast-room looks so "cold", like in military-cantine, you have to make-decorate this "starting" of each day more warmly-funny.......

I would say this hotel is a unique hotel in all aspects beautiful rooms very nice and friendly people specialy the gentleman in the main gate I recommend this hotel to everybody , to get bigger room go for twin-deluxe room you add a few pounds and you get something really worth it.

+ Very easy check in and out. - Was disappointed that breakfast was not included as when i booked it stated unless otherwise breakfast is included - it didn't say it wasn't included. i think £27 each for breakfast is rediculous so went round the corner to j d weatherspoons and had a delicious breakfast for under a tenner. the only negative about the hotel is that the room did not have a mirror above the desk where plug sockets are positioned so i found it very difficult to do my hair using a hand held mirror as the bathroom mirror you could not get near to because of the positioning of the sink and the mirror in the hall was poorly lit. also the bathroom only had a shower with no shelf to put your bits and bobs on? not ideal. there were also no robes to wear which i thought was very poor - as this room should have cost £368 i thought it was quite basic. i would not recommend this room to family and friends as i think it is very over priced.

+ The Location. - Room was too small for the price, badly designed and the decor was not good.

Great hotel with great location. Will stay there again.

+ We actually had a pretty decent size room. On our 2nd visit the room was small, so they have a mix of sizes. Bed was comfy, really kool decor, minimal.

Everything in the room was modern and new. Great location right off of oxford street. I can't say a thing bad about it I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This hotel has the coldest decor I've ever seen. No warmth whatsoever. The double bed and even the pillows were uncomfortable. Bed was against the wall, so one person had to climb over the other to get up at times. Very cramped room. TV wires connected via big ragged hole in wall. Very nice bathroom, but skimped on towels till we requested more.

Good but seems to cater to the rich international twenty something's.
