I've being staying at the Swissotel now for years and London wouldn't be the same without it. Polished classy accomidation, discreet service, and style are all here. I started with river view rooms , but since the new delux rooms with balcony have arrived I can choose no other, floor to ceiling windows look out on a perfect view, from Big ben to tower bridge.Ok breakfast is scarily expensive, but it's up to you, as there are plenty of places near by you can go for breakfast. In my opionion this hotel is perfect, enjoy you won't be disapointed.

I arranged my travel through Yahoo Travel. In the amenities it listed breakfast was included. I had the sheet of paper showing breakfast was included. They refused to include the breakfast. They were adamant Yahoo had incorrectly listed breakfast as on of the amenities. The hotel agreed to contact Yahoo. I don't believe they ever did. I was traveling with my mother who hates conflict and was very uncomfortable the rest of the stay. Hotel is close to the tube but definitely not anything special. Very disappointed overall. I certainly would not book this hotel through Yahoo Travel.

The building is a nondescript concrete block, and the rooms on the back look right into offices. The location is on the Thames river, and in proximity to the tube. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and fairly...

Excellent choice: beautiful river view, underground across the street, large room, all new, everything working. Missing a little bit of charme, though. One remark: internet connection (wireless) is expensive and inadequate in pricing strategy: 15£ per day
