The hotel was overbooked and I was put in the hotel next door - the Hart House Hotel. I had booked for an extra large bed, and in the event the room was small, pokey and shabby, with a small double bed. The bathroom was equally shabby, though the facilities provided were adequate. The television was so ancient it was unwatchable. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast. I shall not be booking this way again.

The hotel has a great location. A short walk from great shopping (Oxford St), Shows and restaurants.

Homely Ambience and Great Location Helpful and accomodating staff. Clean and quiet. Close to underground train, shopping and restaurants and literally to ALL. My family had a great stay here and will come back to this hotel in the future...

+ caters our needs as we are travelling with children, the room reserved at ground floor. - The hotel was far too hot and I had to open the window all night. This is a cost issue to the hotel and also is not green friendly
