Considering the hight hotel price of London, this might be normal. But with this price, I wanted a room with a bathtub. I have asked for a room with a bathtub but the hotel did not let me know that there were no rooms with bathtub.

+ Proximity to Paddington & Central London. Good value, very good breakfast for the price. I will definitely use again. Efficient staff.

I was really disappointed with the room. First of all, the welcome of the receptionist was really poor, no smile & not friendly. The housekeeping staffs were better. The room was far too small for 3 people. It faces out to the main road and it's summer, no air conditioner, it's was too hot that I had to open the window but then it gets really noisy. Horrible stay! 80 pounds was too expensive for this kind of room. The owner should do some renovation.

hotel is within walking distance of paddington station. our room was on the ground floor so was easily accessible. the lack of a lift to upper rooms could be a problem for some. the wonderful cook provided us with tea and toast even though we missed break

+ Good breakfast, polite and friendly service - Room was clean enough but the beds were very old and tired.

it's awful. the bedsheet was not changed for 5 days. i didn't expect much on the B&B type room. but they are under average.

I stayed there with a colleague; having booked a twin room we had the nice surprise to get a three beds room that was enough for one night. The bathroom is small indeed, but clean.Good breakfast. Location is very good: you can easily walk to Paddington train station

+ The location is great - Maybe some facilities are a bit old... toilets and shower could be refurnished.
