I was delighted (and surprised) with the location! I was very happy that the hotel was within a very short walking distance of the Globe and the Tate Modern. The nearby river boats were very convenient and fun as a means of transportation. The location was quiet, yet central to a lot of activities and it was much nicer than I anticipated. On the downside, the walk to London Station wasn't the best in the evening. Perhaps there was a better underground location to use in the evening and we just didn't know about it? Maybe more information about that could be provided at check-in? We really liked the two entirely separate rooms in our suite and the fact that there were separate bathroom areas for the toilet and sink/shower. The suite also had a lovely design and decorations and special features -- two coffee makers, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The sofa bed was actually comfortable! Just a few negatives... Since we had 4 people staying in the room, I thought that we would automatically have enough bedding, pillows, and towels for 4 people, but I had to call down to the front desk twice until someone brought them up for us. Also, most hotels I stay in have tissues (Kleenex) in the rooms (which I missed, since I needed some). Overall, although prices in London were quite a bit more expensive than we had expected, we were very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it to people planning a visit to London! The staff was very courteous and helpful and allowed us to check-in early and also kept our backpacks in the closet on the day we checked out, while we toured London.

I booked the hotel for myself and my son before he attended an important interview in London. I wanted him to be comfortable and to have internet access to prepare for his interview. The hotel fulfilled all my expectations and I found it reasonably priced

+Our room was lovely and clean, with plenty of space for our clothes. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was great! It was quite luxurious really. -I found the staff of the hotel very unhelpful, they never asked if they could help us, and as I had mentioned at the desk that it was our first time in London I feel they could have done more to be welcoming.
