Very nice (by London’s standards) Definitely one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in London. Rooms are small, but they don’t seem crowded like they are in other hotels. They are modern, clean, and comfortable. They clearly took care with the details, such as a shelf full of books for you to borrow, flat screen TV, sliding table for the bed, etc. The biggest problem was noise from a generator (or some other machine) just outside my window. The other downside is that there’s no fitness center in the hotel, but you can use a center 10 minutes walk away for 10 pounds additional. The area around the hotel is also very nice, but it’s mostly upscale shops and restaurants so it can be hard to find a cheap place to eat.

This will be My London Hotel No need for expensive taxis. Regular Buses from around Sloane Square go to all the theatres, shopping districts, many places of interest and the tube goes direct to the city and financial districts.

Sloan Square...Lovely Experience Sloan Square is located in a charming area with alot of energy and activity going on around it. Sophisticated English decor that makes you feel like you living in a certain amount of luxury but not over the top. Would have liked a view of the Square, but understand from having a nice "white wine" in the bar downstairs that "it can be noisey". Thought it was good to put a mirror in the bottom pane of our window looking out at the fire escape. Enjoyed our one night very much.

Very good hotel Excellent location, in the heart of Chelsea; very good and pleasant serviçe. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s an old building, but completely refurbished and modernised. A bit pricey, but that’s London.

Good well laid out rooms - shame about the shower Rooms are nicely renovated and well laid out. Only problem is the shower which was built for someone with no elbows and an aversion to decent water pressure. Hair-washing proved v difficult. Service wa patchy but OK

Good value near Sloane Square Very well located hotel right on Sloane Square. Rooms are small and our Superior Deluxe had a tiny bath. Aparently they all do. Breakfast very quick.
