+ Good position. newly decorated and fresh. very clean. free wireless internet. - Uncomfortably small 'superior' single room. have no idea how the hotel earned a 4 star rating. where i come from it would have been rated 2+ star or 3 star at best. however the same applies to most london hotels.

We had a grand time We visited the grandson, who was an EXCELLENT tour gudie. We saw far more and sampled more of London than we ever thought possible in only a week. Keeping up with that grandson, we came home in better physical shape. If going to London, start a walking exerice program now, you will not be sorry.

+ The location of the hotel, the breakfast and sometimes the staff were the only positive experiences that i had. - The word "rooms" is rather a euphemism! you' d better call them cupbords. they are 2.10 x 3.00 square meters. moreover, i explicity asked for a twin and i was given a double. i was told that i should have known that getting a double depended upon the availability!
