+ The staff were extremely friendly and the location was wonderful - I would have liked tea and coffee making facikities in the room.

What a great place to stay and shop from. All night staff are female so felt totally secure. Recommended. A++++++

The treatment of myself and my wife by the young girl on the reception was nothing short of exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made our stay there a night to remember. She is an absolute credit to your organisation. Please pass on our heart-felt thanks to her

The staff are excellent-welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable but a bit tired; the seats on the lavatories of both rooms we stayed in were very loose, and the hook on the bathroom door of one hanging by one (loose) screw (which presumably is why we didn't get the promised robes)and the curtains need cleaning. The breakfast was rather pre-packaged, with weak coffee and tasteless fruit salad; surprising for a hotel run by Searcy's. But the hotel is well-located, and good value for money.
