Great location, very clean We stayed 4 nights and found the hotel clean and comfortable. The location was great, only 5 blocks from Paddington station with access to the National Rail Service and the London Underground. The best thing about the hotel was the location and price. The en-suite bathroom was small but clean. You could sit on the throne and brush your teeth at the same time. The only negative was that the hotel staff was not very helpful. On arrival we asked questions about using the underground train syatem and were told we would have to get a map and info at the station.

+ Quad room with enough space for four, large windows, fresh newspaper every day and kindly staff. - Tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge on the room will make it even better (this is not a complaint but a way to improve...).

Excellant for the price No breakfast or safe but for one person it was just fine. Very convieient to the Tube, restrauants, bars and all of London. Yes, I would stay there again. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Get the Oyster at the Underground. Saves on subway fare.

If you are traveling with a big luggage, forget about this hotel. The corridor is so narrow that one can hardly move along with a 29" roll on luggage. The room I had was a single room, after getting out from the lift, I have to pass through narrow co

+ Near Paddington station - The heat was on in our room and we could not figure out how to turn it off! The front desk said that it was "automatic", meaning we could not control the temperature in our room - way, way too hot!!!
