Dirtier than others I've stayed in, but the location was great and the price was good for London.

While the location was ideal, the amenities, atmosphere, and service were really below any standard I would set for a hotel. The sign on the door leading to the bar warning of thefts really rounded out the welcome. We didn't expect Motel 6, but what we got was pretty awful by even European standards.

Excellent location, just a few steps to the tube. The staff is friedly, the breakfast really good. The beds and towels were perfectly clean. The bath should be renewed. We heard the trains but that was ok,we slept well.Near the Hotel are lots of shops and restaurants.A good address for London trips.

Room was small but typical of 3 star hotels in london and not good value compared to other UK cities.

The hotel badly needs refurbishment and the reception area gives an inaccurate impression of the rest of the hotel. My room was small and the furniture was needing replaced - except the bed which was fine. The shower was tiny and had seen better days. Breakfast was OK - just. Positively, the room, towels and bed linen were spotless, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Very small rooms - particularly the bathroom. I couldn't fit in the shower!
