Extremely disappointed Hotel was booked on behalf of a female customer. The door would not lock, the bathroom was dirty and the carpet was dirty. There were no courtesy items such as shampoo or shower gel. There was also no hot water.

+ location, staff were quite friendly and the rooms had been refurbished. - Too small. Drinking machine is dirty and even has some water left when I checked in. No hot water.

+ location near Hyde Park - bathroom was tiny and a bit mouldy, a bit worried about the security in the hotel (you just have to say your room number and they hand over the keys without asking for your name or any details).
