- The wireless internet didnot work at all... crappy system, and the hotel staff did not care at all...

CLEAN!!! the first thing we noticed on entering the premises and rooms were the fact that it was so CLEAN!!.....the staff were very nice and check in was very simple and quick......the breakfast consisted of eggs (fried or scrambled), cereal, coffee & tea (could improve on it by adding a few more items)......the room was of a decent size and the newly done bathroom was great but generally comfortable and excellent price

Room was clean, lot of street noise which made it necessary to keep the window closed, bathroom small but clean. We had a room on the top floor - lots of stairs to climb, but the staff helped us take up the luggage which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic. We would stay there again.

It is enough for such a low price. We werw settled in basement on the other side of the road in very smal place. We had some problems with paying by eurocard.

Very good location! Buses stop and tube very close to the hotel. A little bit noisy in the hotel specially on saturdays, but no problem during the weekdays. After many stays in differents hotels in London, it was the best one.

If you book this hotel you will live in a very tyoical London borough with a lot of small shops and restaurants. You will find all what you will need. (1' to the bus, 6' to the tube station,...) We had a nice and good equipped room with fridge, microwave, ventilator, TV and WLAN. The employees were really nice and all our wishes were filled. We've got all the help we need. You will get a typical English breakfast.

+ pretty close to Hammersmith station by walk - the rooms are pretty small, someties there is not enough water pressure on hot water

The staff were extremely helpful. When we arrived the internet connection was down, but as it was so important to us - they sent us down the road to their other hotel and gave us a better room. Also they were willing to give my son a single room if he had to stay on by himself (for a reduced rate)Taxi's booked immediately. More than helpful. Thank you.
