Abysmal. Appalling. Smelled of cigarettes. Our supposed 'non smoking double room' reeked of cigarettes, had a cigarette butt floating in the toilet and was no bigger than the three-quarter bed inside. The supposed 'manager' has charged us for a 'no show', when we had cancelled the remainder of our stay verbally with him. He is now ignoring our email demands of a refund. Unprofessional. I would not house dogs here.

At this price, the room is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming, unlike the hotels in the same neighbourhood that my friends were staying. Overall, it's worth spending money to stay and I will surely stay there if I visit London again.
