We really liked the hotel - very modern design and clean. The bathroom is like a spa. They allowed us to check in early. The concierge was extremely helpful with city information and helping us contact our airline. The location is great - very close to Westminster.

Great place if you don't mind a little walking. My wife and I found a few places for food and drinks down the street past the Shell Gas Station if you make a left when walking out of the hotel.

Gorgeous hotel! Modern Asian-themed decor, really clean rooms, does not feel like a hotel room at all! It is absolutely beautiful. If you're on the tube a lot, it's a bit far from the nearest stop (10 mins. by foot), but the walk is pleasant.

Would recommend this hotel to ANYBODY i booked this hotel for a weekend at the end of June 2008 via Hotels.com. I was impressed by what other reviewers had written, and this helped me choose this hotel. The price I paid was typically what I would expect to pay for a room, but what we got was a suite! Separate double bedroom, lounge with pull-out bed, and bathroom with a bath AND an enclosed shower. I've already told friends to use this place on visits to london, and would happily recommend to anyone contemplating a visit to London. Oh, for a right good egg-chips-beans-sausage style breakfast, walk round onto Kennington Lane and try Tom's Parma cafe. Brilliant!

Very noce location, friendly staff at the frontdesk. Concierge is a disaster. Forgot the wake-up call, gave away my ordered car to somebaody else, took me about half an hour to get another car...

Apart from its inconvenient location, rumbling trains passing, and convoluted TV system, staying at the Park Plaza Riverbank hotel was a good experience.

I stayed at Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel in London 9-12mars 2006 and I warmly recommend this excellent hotel with great service and hospitality. The room was wonderful with a marvellous view of the river Thames, the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.All staff really made their best to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The Asian-inspired restaurant served a superb dinner.I would love to stay at this hotel again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples who want to visit London - the rooms we had were very spacious with a wonderful view of 'Big Ben' and the House of Parliament. Our room was huge - especially by London standards. The first floor restaurant was wonderful, however, I would recommend skipping the Club Lounge restaurant (basement level)- it's expensive and food/service is not that great. It's within walking distance to many of London's well known attractions.
