Renaissance Heatrow Hotel

+ Clean, comfortable & friendly. - The area was not very pleasant. They had already taken the money out of my account before I arrived.

+ cleanliness and comfortable bed - quite unkind treatment

+ Cleanness, position close to the tube - noise outside

+ It had everything you want from a big hotel but it was small which was nice and the breakfast was good.

+ the bed - Overhead shower only - a portable shower would be better.

+ La salle de bain - The sign outside the hotel - the light bulb was blown

+ polish staff is ok, rooms nice and clean, hotel is situated for events at wembley arena or stadium, what was my reason to stay at this hotel - I was not informed that money had been drawn from my visacard.

- Noise from nearby train station.

+ It had everything you want from a big hotel but it was small which was nice and the breakfast was good. - not enough pillows

- There was half a bottle of wine left on the side left from the previous people. also some adult magazines which some people would have found very offensive!
