Great Location/Clean/Friendly For a family of 5, this hotel was in a great location with easy access to the tube, buses, and oxford street. Clean and friendly - extensive morning buffet as well. Sometimes the front desk was very busy, but when it was finally your turn, the staff was very attentive. We will stay here again!

Customer Service Challenged If you need a mid-level hotel in the best location in London, this hotel may be your choice. However, there are costs. The service is not very good. They charge to use the hotel gym, which was empty and incredibly cold in December. The services did not seem family friendly. There is no kids menu. The kitchen never got simple kids orders right. We asked for a plain grilled cheese sandwich and it came with pesto and other things that had our kids making excrutiating faces, despite our sending it back twice. Then when somebody dropped off a scarf for our room at 10 pm, the staff tried to enter the room while we were asleep to drop it off in the room. When the staff member found the security bar engaged, he left, only to try again a few minutes later. Conclusion: the loaction is great, the facilities are okay, but the staff needs lots of training.

Good service and a great location You can’t beat the location of this hotel ... walking distance to everything. I personally go for the brilliant food on Edgeware road. The overall hotel uality is good for what you expect from a standard chain.
