Good standard as for the London area. Moving from smoking to non-smoking room after arrival (when non-smoking has been marked in the reservation) is unacceptable. Rooms very small.

The rooms are really small but clean, the staff is friendly but not very educated and professional. The business centre consists of 2 internet terminals, which are free.

Close to Gloucester tube station on Picadilly line (that comes from Heathrow airport). Accomodating staff, nice hotel. Good location re transportation, and walks. Neighborhood is nice, safe, good restaurants. Rooms small. Breakfast was extra for me 15 pounds.

The main problem was the air conditioning system. Even with the unit switched off a low rattling sound persisted from the unit throughout the night. A change of room didn't solve the problem

The hotel staff are incredibly courteous and service is top class, far above its four stars. The new rooms are well appointed, the location is good. It's very good value for money.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good location. Small rooms, often fully booked, no exercise or pool equipment.

Located very near Downtown London, but just far enough way to be out of the hustle and bustle that is every night in such a fantastic city. We stayed in the "family size" room. It was small, as is most every hotel room in London. Still, the service was excellent. The marble bathroom was small but nice with its great water pressure and hot towel rack. There is a tube stop and grocery store within a block -- a must with more than a week stay. Get an unlimited tube pass or you will spend a fortune in taxis. Also, the food is double or more what it is in the United States at every restaurant. Getting some snacks from the grocery is a must.

a single room which is only 2x2square meters big and a shower where you cannot turn yourself around. This is not really recommendable.

Great location, not much more Only a hundred metres or so from Glocester Road Tube station, so needless to say, this hotel has a decent location. The price paid equalled a good deal, plus it included what was an excellent breakfast. However, the hotel room itself was tiny, even by London standards and the furnishing left much to be desired. This hotel is somewhere to sleep and then wake up to a good breakfast. Would be good for a tourist who is looking for nothing more, though a businessman would get bored stupid.
