- The room was unacceptable small and had it not been because of the special rate I would never have moved to another hotel. Also the room was extremely hot about 30C and impossible to get a proper nights rest

Apart from the size of the hotel room (still bigger than your typical Yotel found in Japan), this hotel offers very good service and mostly importantly, it's minutes away from the 'Marble Arch' station and walking distance from Bond Street, Hyde Park among other popular places.

+ Its location is perfect! It is near to two subway stations, shopping and entertainment zone. - It might be an European style (I'm not sure) but I felt windows in the room are a little bit small...

It's not that the service was particularly bad, in fact, the staff were quite friendly and in many cases quite helpful (helped saw off a strong lock on one of our bags after we misplaced the keys). It's just that the hotel had some serious communication issues (bags took forever to come up, initially had to pay for an extra night in which the hotel was overbooked in the first place, among others.)

Small but well situated Very small hotel, has a boutique hotel feeling. I was in town for a confernce being held at a hotel around the corner. I paid elss than half the rpice of the other hotel and was very happy with the palce. I had a twin room which was obviously small, but very comfortable. Free morning newspaper, free shoe shine as well as free wireless internet! The staff were excellent, very attentive, offered me an upgrade (for a fee, which I declined). I would definitely stay there again!

Nice Hotel - Teensy/Weensy Room I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was a bit difficult to find as the hotel is located on some side streets behind Selfridges and the only way to get there via car appears to be a very long circuitous route. But other than that, the location is convenient to Oxford Street and shopping and either the Marble Arch or Oxford Street stations. The rooms are done up very nicely, but the "superior queen" room I was given was so small, there was hardly any place to walk around. The bathroom was nice and new, but was through a very skinny door and up a step - very dangerous for a bathroom visit in the middle of night in the dark. Even though I’m not too fond of the busy Oxford Street location, I would stay there again if the prices were a bit lower. Traveler's tip on shopping Oxford Street is only one block away...Enjoy!

NOT COMFORTABLE THE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT - SERVICE SECOND TO NONE, RESTAURANT ONE OF THE BEST MEALS I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. BUT IF YOU WANT A ROOM THAT YOU CAN MOVE ABOUT IN DONT BOTHER, I HAD TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS AND BOTH WERE LIKE RABBIT HUTCHES WHICH I FOUND VERY CLOSTROPHOBIC NO ROOM TO MOVE NO WHERE TO PUT ANYTHING AT ALL, HAD TO PLACE ALL PERSONAL BITS ON THE FLOOR. NOWHERE TO PUT ANYTHING IN THE BATHROOM AND I COULD HAVE USED THE TOILET SINK AND SHOWER ALL WITHIN STRETCHING SPACE. THE BED SLOPED TOWARDS ONE SIDE - BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WHERE TO SIT AND YOU ENDED UP SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE BED.
