helpful staff The staff were very helpful in solving some unusual problems. Phone charges beyond belief - extremely high for all calls

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like old friends! Hotel staff first rate, as were the rooms. Attractive decor, spotless bathrooms, good amenities. Location was terrific---near, but not too near, all of London's major attractions. Walking distance to British Museum. Highly recommended.

Would definitely go back Buy an Oyster card at any tube station and ride ANY bus or tube train for seven days. Great value. Lots of Pret-a-Manger sandwich shops and Cornish Pasty shops in area so you don't have to eat out every day. Reasonable restaurants (Thai, Turkish, Indian, Fish and Chips) in area.

Very good location, on the corner of British Museum The hotel is very well organized and the service is also very good. The single room is really I single room, very small but with all you need. The location is excelent and close to the tube.

While the hotel itself is not bad, and the location is good, the problem is with the attentiveness of the staff at the front desk and the connection with Radisson. None of my Radisson information was there at the check-in despite having made the reservation online and entered it all. Then, the bill did not match the rates on the reservation. The front desk staff said they would discuss it with the business office - I gave them written proof - but, nothing was done. When I checked out the computers were down and I could not get a receipt. The staff member on duty said he would email me one, but never did. I am now working with them long distance to get the rates, etc. Straightened out. And, there were several charges posted to the mini-bar that were not mine. It's interesting that this has happened the last three times I¿ve visited London, making me wonder if they do this on purpose thinking someone from the u.s. Will just pay it and not follow up? Anyway, the amount of hassle required and the fact that you can't count on the staff to carry through on their word makes this hotel unsuitable for business travel.

The Radisson Kenilworth Hotel was HORRIBLE. I stayed there for one night only with my family, we booked 2 rooms,,, we arrived around 9:00 a.m and they told us our rooms wouldnt be ready until an hour, an hour later our room wasn't ready, then they said they needed another hour, an hour later they said it would be ready after an hour,,,,then they changed their story and said our rooms would be ready by 2:00 and that check in time is always at 2 !! At 1:30 we were able to check into only one room since the other was still not available, I had to call the receptionist and ask for my suitcases to be bought to my room and she said she wanted my ticket number which i couldnt find ,,when i informed her that i didnt know it she said she couldnt help me !!! It took them a whole hour to give me my suitcases,, I was also informed that check out time was 11:30 a.m,,The rooms itself were o.k. the service was terrible,,,the location was great though,,,However Im sure you can find better hotels in the same area.

good place to crash -Friendly staff, decent bar, close to British Museum -Pass on the breakfast (unless you like huge meals) and go around to one of the corner shops -Bus lines are right around the corner -Room size is almost comical, but its highly functional and the bed was better than most places -Great price
