+Very comfortable sleeping, linens, etc. -Front desk staff is haughty. Made mistakes. Got taxi service mixed up three times, mixed up the wake up call by one hour.

Being from out of country, I found it unusual in using the shower and not having a dryer in the bath instead of in a drawer of the bedroom. It would be nice to have a list of directions on how to find and use these. At least for we dumb foreigners.

Heathrow Link - OK Totally acceptable for catching flight next day; taxi that Concierge ordered ready and waiting. Ate in the "fine dining" restaurant which, if limited on vegetarian food, was really quite nice and not excessively price for Heathrow hotel. Only downside was loud closing room doors which would be a nightmare for light sleepers!

+Help from the Conceige especially when my hired car battery is flat -Your guests rooms are many, so your limited staff will be unable to attend to baggage help from the rooms

+parking was very good for the airport -the bed was truly awful. very uncomfortable and terrible pillows. i have stayed at many of your hotels and this has really put me off staying at another Radisson. I had a terrible night with no sleep- this room definately needed new beds.
