The hotel was right next to the Warren St tube station, which made it very easy to get anywhere in Central London.

the location was good very conveniant for any tourist.hotel was very nice and the room was ok BUT the air con at night was useless i woke up at 3.30 am and just could not cool down. i opened the window but the noise from the kitchens were to loud and we had upgraded for an extra ?20.however the hotel did not charge us for the upgrade. i would reccomend this hotel though if not just for its location i guess we were just unlucky with the air con.

ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WALKED IN AND OUT OF OUR ROOM WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER AND MY WIFE WAS NOT FULLY DRESSED. WE TALKED TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THE SITUATION TO TRY TO GET SOME RESOLVE. HE TOLD US HE WOULD GET BACK WITH US AND NEVER DID. THE ROOMS WERE NICE, BUT VERY SMALL. I HAD TO WALK SIDEWAYS INTO THE BATHROOM AND I ONLY WEIGH 185 LBS. ELEVATORS NEEDED A ROOM KEY TO OPERATE, WHICH IS NOT ALL THAT BAD FOR SECURITY, BUT A REAL PAIN WHEN YOU FORGET YOUR KEY. FOR OVER $200.00 AMERICAN DOLLARS A DAY, I WOULD LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FIRST, BUT OTHER THAN THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS WE RECIEVED, IT WAS NOT A BAD PLACE TO STAY. DEFINITELY CONVENIENT LOCATION NEXT TO WARREN ST STATION AND THE BUS LINES.

Disappointed in customer service Have organised rooms at this hotel before and previously received better service. This time round, there was confusion in the booking (booked b&b but on check-in registered as room only - even after changing this, a credit card was still charged for breakfast!). Much smaller expected and colleague received a smoking room when we requested the opposite. Will not be planning to stay at this venue again

+ Clean, facilities good, liked that you still have smoking rooms - The room was so tiny that there was barely any room to move around the bed
