Directions given were not specific enough. Once found the hotel proved to be in a great location for the underground and also a short walk to Notting Hill and local bars/restaurants and shops. The reception staff were all very helpful. Breakfast on the first morning was okay but a little less enjoyable on the second (sliced bread instead of bread rolls).

- The hotel was tatty. the first room we were given was in the basement next to the boiler room and had a window which overlooked a store room! we moved to another room where the tv was not working, so we moved again. the next room had 2 single beds wedged between the window and the wardrobe! hotel was busy and there was a lack of seating space in the breakfast area.

Very nice hotel. Perfect area, and it was very easy to find. In the evening there is a lot of restaurants from all over the world just nearby the hotel. You can be out visiting places in London and have a nice meal near the Hotel.

+ The queens park is in an excellent location which is the main reason i choose to stay there. the twin room we had was clean and the staff were friendly. the bathroom was clean and a good size too. - The hair dryer in the room wasn't very powerful. the room was very hot even though it had been a cool day in london, we had the windows open all night but it didnt cool the room. also the walls between the room didnt block out any sound so at times it was quite noisey.

Avoid Customer service at front-desk was very poor. Staff mumbled and took an age to check me in. Room wasn't ready and there was no apology or explanation. I had to keep asking what was going on. Room itself was poor. TV broken. Decor in a bad state.

The relationship between price and quality is very good ! The room was very small but clean, an "eat as much as you can" continental breakfast is served, overall not a bad choice, I would come a second time.

We stayed in a newly refurbished room that was very nice, although the shower was a bit feeble. Location was excellent and the staff were helpful.
