No hot water and no preasure on the shower, if you can deal with that and still want to pay 69 pounds is a good place to stay.

Very convenient to Victoria Station, which was important for me in catching an early train to Gatwick! The hotel was good, clean, in a great location, although my single room was the size of a walk-in closet in America -- but for one night it was fine.

An excellent hotel to choose if you want a central location in the heart of London. The hotel is only a slow 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and the nearest tube station is a short 5 minute stroll. I would definitely recommend staying here the staff are pleasant and the rooms clean and fairly spacious considering the hotels central location.

If you want to be close to public transport and in the center of London, this is ideal. Victoria Coach Stn where most of the tour buses start from is closeby.

It was very hot while I was there, so my stay was not totally enjoyable. The property is not very clean, but the service was exceptional. I had help with my luggage and the best food in London. Every hotel employee went out of his/her way to provide service.

young and competent friendly staff, quiet location just outside of Victoria station on the corner of a square with trees. Fridge was still filled with food from other guest. Reason, the hotel stopped the minibar service, without taking away the aquipment which is positive, but the cleaning staff didn't check the content

-I had a single room for £120 which was outrageous for the quality of it. The room was shaby, cold and worth at most £30 a night. This hotel is not quality and I would not recomend it.

Staff very unfriendly and everything seemed too much trouble, apart from restaurant staff who were lovely. Rooms ok, but not as nice as the photos!
