-Poor value for money. Cheap design and cheap experience. Poor effort on over priced breakfast.

Good place to sleep not a nice neighborhood Very near of Elephant and Castle underground station, you must take a bus to get there. The hotel was ok, the service was mediocre. The restaurant still in construction and the we had a hard time time trying to communicate our needs to full indian personnel that provides front desk, waiter and other services in the hotel. Hotel is very near to Tower of London and Tower Bridge but the neighborhood do not feel save a first glance. Cheap, neat and a good place to sleep but not adecuate for several days stay. Family rooms available that are dificult to find in London.

Pleasant Surprise Not close to attractions, but bus stop is on the corner. No need for taxi bus runs 24 hours

-Sadly a bad experience due to possibly not been open long and a ridiculous offer at breakfast compounded by poor staff response.

I had a double room with en-suite and it was very clean and tidy. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and the room service did a very good job of cleaning the room every morning. The staff at the check-in desk were also very friendly and helpful with queries.

Pleasant Surprise If you do not mind being away from the tourist area then this hotel is an excellent choice. Spacious Hi-tech rooms. Excellent reception area, and lounge. Staff are more than helpful, and the buses to everything run 24 hours. Will go back for sure. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Not close to attractions, but bus stop is on the corner. +The staff at the hotel were really nice and friendly. The quad room we stayed in was a real surprise as we werent expecting it to be as nice as it was. We would definately stay at the Premier again.

+room and facilities were very good. -The full english breakfast was poor. Only one staff member struggling to cope who could not remember order. I was charged twice for breakfast before addressing it with reception staff. The meal itself was very poor indeed and puts a real black mark on what is a good quality hotel. Sorry .
