Nice rooms, little bathroom. Sheets and towels never been changed in 3 days. Excellent position. Good choice for the price that you pay.

good hotel for seeing all of londons sites as it is in a quiet area in central london but only two minites from main line train station and underground.

nice cheap stay in london, room was well kept and the continental breakfast was quite good. Nice and close to the underground and hyde park. People walking on the wooden floors in the room above with high heels on was quite annoying in the early hours of the morning

Convenient for Paddington Tube Station, only five minutes walk. Good choice of local restaurants and pubs. Breakfast described as Continental but was quite substantial with good choice of cereal, plus usual toast, fruit, pastries. Friendly helpful staff.

The Piccolino Hotel isn't very big and there is no elevator, but the staff carried our luggage upstairs to our room when we arrived, which we really appreciated. The bathroom is very small, it and the room were pretty clean and pleasant. The beds didn't have top sheets - just duvet covers on the comforters, which we weren't too crazy about. When we asked if there was a hairdryer we could use we got one right away (unlike at our previous hotel!) and when we asked for 2 extra pillows to use we got brand new ones right out of the package. Breakfast there is pretty simple - cereal, toast and flavored croissants and the hours for it are pretty short (only until 9 am), but they also serve you tea and coffee as soon as you walk into the breakfast room. The staff was really nice and friendly and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
