Horrible hotel ! I have traveled around the world and I have stayed at some pretty bad hotels in Eastern Europe and the Middle East .But at Pembridge Palace (Palace ….LOL) , where I stayed for 4 nights (I already paid in advance $500 US for a double room for 4 nights !!!!, I’ll never do this again ) : I ate the worst breakfast , I had the noisiest room , the hotel personnel was unfriendly (and stupid) ,I took the worst showers (the shower is a pipe in the wall ) , everything in that hotel is falling apart and so on…DO NOT go there !

small rooms and bath but we didn't expect anything bigger for the price in the city .The location was great with lots of restaurants and shopping and great parks near by plus just a short walk to the underground. For the price we thought is was very good and had no major complaints ( warm milk, no wash cloths,)if you are looking for a large room and want to feel pampered this is not the hotel for you I would suggest the you spend more and upgradeto a different hotel but if you are looking for an affordable hotel that is clean and safe and would rather spend you dollars seeing london then this hotel is near prefect. (don't let some of the bad reviews scare you)we didn't and we are very happy.

Three stars (first class) rating for this hotel is an absolute joke. We expected little from London hotels as we've been there before and have been exposed to the prices and small rooms. This "Palace" takes the cake, however - TINY rooms, thin walls, below-average breakfast. For the price and the rating, you would expect half-way helpful staff. Our wake-up call the day of our 7 am departure never happened - and the manager had the audacity to be indignant and get mad at us for claiming he never called (what, all three of us in this tiny room went deaf?!). The night manager could not explain how we could make an overseas phone call. He convinced us to take a 35 lb taxi ride to Heathrow when the Heathrow Express would have been half the cost - turned out to be someone's private car. Do not expect 3-star service or 3-star accommodations - you will be sorry you stayed there.

My brother and I arrived at the hotel late at night to be greeted by a some what creepy neighborhood. Received a basement room that caught cigarette smoke from an adjacent room which had a porch right outside our window. Electricity sockets had to be traced by following the (tiny) TV cable.

Excellent Value for Money I booked this hotel because of its location - and the ease of traveling to Paddington Station to catch the Heathrow Express. The hotel room was clean and overlooked gardens and was ideal. Excellent value for money.

It's a typical London Hotel with small but clean rooms. The location is great, and the pricing is OK.

o.k. for girls week Learn the tube(subway) it is the cheapest way to travel around London. Exchange money at airport (not from vendor on street) you pay a fee if you do or use credit cards because they exchange for you and its easy.

pretty standard tourist hotel in London Could be very comfortable but the structure is old (wter damage on walls.) Bigger rooms than avg for London, but VERY simple and no extras. Heat wasn’t on yet and it’s Mid November. I didn’t mind, but I think most people would.

+ sleeping - Very uncomfortable bed. Creaky floor boards. Booked a double room, but it was unavailable, so had to have a twin room. Defeats the purpose for 1 person.
