fine get two room keys and leave on key in the box that controls your lights. don't buy a three day travel card. it is cheaper to buy daily passes because when you buy an adult daily card kid cards are only 1 pound each.

Central luxury I was upgraded to an executive suite which started me off on the right foot - staff were welcoming and courteous. I have never seen such a clean bathroom - it was positively dazzling, and the whole suite was spacious and well equipped. The bedding was luxurious and very comfortable. My only quibble was a lack of mirrors - in particular, no dressing table. But maybe I'm just too vain!

Excellent Location I actually drove my car right to the front door and parked in anearby parking lot for 12 pounds a night on the weekend. Waterloo train staion is right next door as well. There is a very resonable cafe right around the corner. The hotel is one block from the London Eye, two red stops for the London Bus Tour, the Aquarium and waterfront. Big Ben and Westminster Abbey are just a short walk over Westminster Bridge.

fine my family of 4 stayed at county park hotel during our recent visit to london. i feel that it met our needs and i would stay there again. i was concerned going over having read other reviews about the AC and the rooms being hot. the key must stay in the control panel at all times. then the AC will stay on while you are out of the room. it makes a huge difference. the rooms are clean. i loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. i packed lots of snacks to help save money. the refrig. is not very cold but htey have ice machines. the location is close to two tube lines so you have a choice. we preferred the westminster tube because the walk to get there is a great view of big ben. the hotel staff were all very pleasant. the conceirge could answer all questions and even helped us get our return flight boarding passes. it is a good 4 star hotel. i did not eat there as the prices were very high. i am cheap and found to eat at local spots or markets. get two room keys and leave on key in the box that controls your lights. don’t buy a three day travel card. it is cheaper to buy daily passes because when you buy an adult daily card kid cards are only 1 pound each.

Excellent hotel, would definately return. If travelling with kids on a budget recommend buying in breakfast. We had cereal hot croissants etc ..in bed! Facilities allow your own room service!! Cost much less than one hotel breakfast! Theres a couple of shops between station and hotel with most of what you would need.

Perfect Location! Our stay at the Park Plaza was a pleasure. The prices were competitive and the level of luxury was more than I expected. The location is absolutely ideal. You are within a mile of the majority of tourist attractions. Waterloo station is within walking distance and offers connections to every type of transport. Close parking is available as well. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Don’t use the internet in the rooms, including your laptop. There is a steep charge for both TV and wi-fi connections. But wi-fi is free if you use it in the bar or lobby lounge.
