+ 2. Receptionist allows us to check out by 1400hrs as we have late flight. - I had to call up for a doctor in the night in an emergency and there was no one to attend at the reception or to arrange a taxi. There are no porters available which meant I had

+ Location, decor, comfort - In-room wireless Internet access costs 10 pounds per day, is very slow and is not 100% reliable.

+ 1. The room is spacious although 1 of the window seems to be spoilt thus was not able to close the window to secure the room. - 1. Should offer baggage deposit free of charge instead of 1GBP per luggage at the counter as a form of services.

Great Hotel, staff was wonderful, very Clean! and luxurious I highly recommend this hotel. I would definititly stay again . Perfect location for sites and restaurants and tube. I especially liked the Swan restaraunt just a short walk away. Bus tours right next to hotel too. The bar and lounge were elegant and comfortable and free internet in lobby to check out flights and etc. Traveler's tip on dining Try the Swan restaurant and bar just a couple blocks away across from Hyde park.

+ The location and the price/quality ratio were good as were the helpful staff - The bed was too hard and the walls way too thin as noise from the rooms nearby was clearly audible

+ location of the hotel is very good - We asked for a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking one, which smelt of stale smoke. The walls were very 'thin', and we were kept awake until after 3.00am by talking, laughter etc in a neighbouring room

+ It obviously was recently renovated. So the relatively cheap room was of a solid 3* quality - The breakfast offered was appaling, there were hardly any vegetarian options offered and was charged £10 for the privilege.
