I made the reservation several months ago despite this our arrival appeared a surprise and every day we had to change rooms, some rooms have no shower (we had paid for that), some rooms have a shower but no water, towels are not changed without paying extra... Reception keeps promising "tomorrow".. this surely beats "Faulty Towers".

the accomodation was good value for money. but it was not very clean and the bathroom was exceptionally small. i no that we did not pay a lot of money but it not that expensive to make a room look clean and inviting. overall the staff were friendly buti would not recomend it to any of my friend.

+ Location is excellent and most of the staff were friendly unfortunatly thats where the positive comments end. - Generally the hotel was in an unclean and unsafe condition with dirty mattresses propped up in the hallways.the room was cold and the night receptionist refused to provide us with an extra blanket saying it was summer and they were in the wash, he was also extremely rude and did'nt seem to care whether or not we enjoyed our stay, we are in the process of taking our complaint further as management were quite dismissive of our complaint. i would'nt reccomend this hotel to anyone.
